Congratulations! You have decided to buy a new home. It doesn't matter if you are
a first time buyer or a seasoned veteran wanting to buy a new home from a builder or a
used home - we handle both new(builder) or used. The excitement is still the same and
should be one of greatest experiences of your lifetime! It can also be a very
frustrating and frighting experiences if you don't have the right REALTOR®
working for you.
Buyers Awareness:
There are many things occuring in the market place that buyers are not aware of. Please

REALTORS® get their information from one source, and that is the MLS® system.
Jumping from one REALTOR® to another REALTOR® only results in frustration on behalf of the buyer
because, they are getting the same information - nothing new or different.
Only 10% of the homes on the market are advertised, which means that the other 90% aren't around
long enough - they are sold in a matter of hours or in a few days. The 10% that are advertised have probably
been on the market for quite a while, probably a result of over pricing and have become stale.
Most REALTORS® are working on average with 4 to 5 buyers which means unless you are
represented by a REALTOR®, you are out in the cold, you don't have a chance of getting in
on the 90% of the homes that are not advertised. The REALTORS® are looking after buyers
who are committed to them first and foremost.
